First Friday July 5th: For July’s North Beach First Friday event, Park and Pond will be featuring the artwork of Dora Pina-Joffroy. Always drawn to art, Dora has developed a distinctive artistic style in which she utilizes the medium of collage and layering techniques. What makes her art truly unique is how she mixes, matches and arranges recycled and found elements to bring an image to life. Her pieces are not only inspired by the things she is given and finds but by color, texture, nature, fashion, space and her deep rooted Mexican heritage.
As always, for First Fridays we will offer 10% off ALL ART from 6-9PM and we will have plenty of drinks and treats for you!
